• They are only found in remote parts of Asia and East Russia.
• Tigers are devided into 9 subspecies

4.Malayan Tiger
5.Indo-Chinese Tiger
6.Sumatran Tiger
7.Bali Tiger

• According to WWF, there are approximately 3900 tigers. Since the turn of the century, the numbers have dropped by 95%.
• Ways to protect tigers
1.Conserve natural habitats
Reducing the amount of forest that is cut down for human reasons can help to save forests, and hence tigers' natural habitat.
2.Controlling climate change
Will aid in the conservation of the Sundarbans, the largest habitat for Royal Bengal Tigers. Let us make an attempt to do so, because it would be foolish to make things worse.
3.Prefer wildlife sanctuaries/reservoirs to zoos
wildlife sanctuaries are larger spaces, and tigers are far more at ease in the wild than in a zoo.
